Next match Worcestershire take on Notts... will be a match up between Ashwin and Pujara who is playing for Notts...

So far Pujara has scored about 300 runs in 5 matches at average of about 40 for Notts... 1 century and 1 fifty... nothing earth shattering...but solid performance...

Worcs win Division 2 title beating Durham in their final game and get back to Division 1....

Ashwin finishes well with 82 in the one innings he batted and a fifer in the last innings he bowled...

Ashwin batted in general very well(must have averaged in the 40s at a SR of 60+) and bowled sparingly(he didn't bowl in one match!) - but generally seemed to enjoy conditions better than ChePu who seems to have had a quiet County season - yet Nottinghamshire also qualified for Division 1....

So next year if these guys go back, they'll be battling each other in Division 1...

24 needed with a bunny coming in at 11? No problem!
