In the first of a winter series of photo caption competitions, readers get to choose a witty. informative or just plain silly caption. The best will be lauded and the very best will win a traditional MTWD miniscule prize.
It's the start of the winter competition season here on MTWD. This year, amongst other competitions, we're having an occasional series of photo caption competitions.
All you have to do is come up with a witty, informative or just plain silly caption for the following photo.
Suggestions so far include:
Tim: "do you know how to bowl reverse swing?" Kev: "no, but if you hum it, I'll sing it"
Tim Murtagh literally gives Barmy Kev a hand
It's a spot the murtagh competition
There's not much in the way of rules for this competition. You can enter as many times as you like, either by e-mailing mtwdadmin@googlemail.com -or by posting your thoughts on this competition's thread. The competition will close at 23:59 on 30 September 2010.
The judges decision on the competition winner will be final and the prize will be of the traditional MTWD miniscule variety.
Have fun and good luck!

Murts, " Kev, £500 bid for the Gilchrist shirt, that was a brave effort, you must have been worried?
Kev, "Not really, LP was on a roll and there was no stopping him, should really have gone again".
Thanks Darren. That reminds me of the classic Aussie heckle "Can I borrow your brain, I'm building an idiot". I'll leave others to guess who's asking the question this time.
Kev: "Good on you Murts, I think we've kept the locals quiet, there's nothing like a peaceful day in Chelmers"
Tim (mutters quietly): "don't speak too soon... Irani was asking after you earlier and it looks like he's heading this way!"
