England's hard-hitting, pace bowling all-rounder Andy Flintoff has seen his test career sky-rocket since his successful tour of India, and his eye-catching performances against the Sri Lankans.

Usually coming in down the order, Flintoff is a valuable batsman who can be pushed up the order if quick runs need to be scored.

His bowling, which in India was clocked at around the 90MPH mark on many occasions, is effective and is becoming better all the time.

A winner of the Denis Compton Award in 1997, Flintoff is definitely a player to watch out for.
