Time to move on

In January I announced my decision to stand down from the MTWD team. It has taken time to finalise everything, but I am now in a position to announce the team to take MTWD forward.

From the beginning of June, Jeremy Horne will take over the role I’ve been occupying whilst he has been at University and will be the chief publisher. However, I shall continue in that role up until the end of May.

 

Chris Thomas will take over Jeremy’s current role with immediate effect and will provide regular match reports, along with myself and Jeremy during the season. James Duffy will carry on with his current role of assisting when necessary.

On a personal note, I’d like to thank everyone for the amazing support I’ve received over the past few years. Special thanks go to the following people:

 

• Vinny Codrington who has been amazing with his support for this website and has played a huge role in making this site the success it has become

• Barmy Kev for his reports and keeping conversation and humour flowing on the message boards.

• Ged for many reports during the close season and offering prizes for the quiz

• And most of all, thanks to Jeremy for his friendship and support through various problems I’ve faced whilst running the site.

I have every confidence that MTWD will continue to be highly successful under new management and I’m sure you’ll all join me in welcoming Chris to the team and wishing him and Jeremy all the best with the site.
