Hamilton-Brown does it again

Rory Hamilton Brown again top scored for England under 19’s for the second game in a row. Howver it was not enough as Zimbabwe beat them by two wickets in Colombo.

Hamilton Brown, who is aged 18, hit 47 from 83 balls in England’s total of 172. Howver it was not enough as Zimbabwe won by 2 wickets with 17 balls to spare. At one point England looked to have the game won as Zimbabwe were 118 for 7.

The defeat means England finish second in their group, with Zimbabwe finishing top. This means England will face Bangladesh in the quarter finals.
