Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh will miss the test series against England, due to injury to his thumb, sustained during the Natwest Series final at Lord's.

India's Yuvraj Singh has been ruled out of the forthcoming Test series
with England after fracturing his finger in the NatWest series final at
Lord's. After some impressive batting displays in the triangular tournament
Singh was hoping to be added to the 16-man side at a selectors meeting on
Tuesday. However the injury has cut short his tour and he is expected to return
home to recover in time for the ICC Champions Cup in September.
