Phoenix win rain-hit clash

Yorkshire received a boost ahead of Sunday's C&G Trophy semi-final with their first National League win of the season at Headingley against Nottinghamshire.

They reached their Duckworth/Lewis adjusted total of 143 off 25 overs - with four wickets and an over to spare.

Yorkshire had an inauspicious start to their innings, with opener Matthew Wood trapped lbw by Andrew Harris for a duck.

But his partner Craig White overcame this setback to play a brisk innings which gave the Phoenix the platform they needed to claim the four points.
