City's Frecklington is "one to watch"

City midfielder, Lee Frecklington has been rated as the 7th biggest prospect outside of the Premiership by the Guardian. The youngster only became a regular starter in the first team this season but is rated as a youngster that is expected to on to big things in the future.

This list compiled by several journalists, focuses of up and coming talent and ignores the talent that everyone in the country is already aware of, such as Gareth Bale or Dave Nugent. Matthew Jarvis is rated as top with Bournemouth's Brett Pitman, Oldham's Chris Porter, Ipswich's Gary Roberts, Plymouth's Luke Summerfield, and Yeovil's Chris Cohen all finishing above Frecklington. They praise the City youngster and even refer to him as the "League 2's answer to Steven Gerrard".

Frecklington finished above QPR's Ray Jones, Colchester's Dean Gerken, and Scunthorpe striker, Billy Sharp, a youngster you'd have expected to see near the top of the list.
