Brown set to miss Mansfield game

Lincoln City will be without the services of Nat Brown against Mansfield Town after he picked up a 5th yellow of the season against Accrington Stanley. It will be a huge blow to the Imps as the former Huddersfield man has been in fine form for the Imps since returning from injury.

Brown had recieved bookings in the games against Stockport, Peterborough, Wycombe, and Macclesfield before the game against Accrington Stanley. He will now be the only first team player out suspended for next Saturday's local derby against Mansfield Town, a game City have to win to keep alive realistic hopes of automatic promotion following an indifferent run of form.

The former Huddersfield man came into this season with an arm injury, but the form of Moses and Morgan appeared to keep him out of the squad all together. However, since making his first appearance of the season, Brown has turned into a regular first teamer and has arguably been one of the best players over the last few months. He's scored 9 goals in his City career, although only one has come this season and that was against Chester.
