Theimps.tk is off to the new Wembley

On Saturday 24th March at 12:30pm, the England Under 21s will face Italy Under 21s at the new Wembley, and we'll be there. In what will be the first official match of any variety ever played at the new Wembley, theimps.tk has secured tickets for this game and will bring you a special report.

With City playing until 1:30pm on Sunday 25th, the Saturday is free and theimps.tk (and members of the message board) will be amongst the first 60,000 fans to watch an official football match in the new stadium.

With tickets at just £10 each, the 60,000 seats were sold out within just 6 hours of going on sale on Monday afternoon with fans having to wait up to 90 minutes to secure their seats for this historic match. It means that the Under 21s will be playing in front of a record crowd, with the previous best being 35,000 watching the youngsters draw with France in November 2006.

As part of this occasion, we will be bringing you a detailed report on the day, the stadium itself and one of the away day videos that have become quite popular in recent months.

The game takes place 2 months and a day before we could be returning to watch the Imps in the Playoff Final.
