 City's nearest away game next season will be against Notts County, one of just 7 away games within 100 miles of Sincil Bank. City will face 6 trips of over 150 miles, better start saving that money towards petrol.

Jeez. Long time since there were 4 Lincs teams in this league, eh?

As well as Mansfield, Peterborough, Hull.

We have lost a lot of local games recently.

I imagine that's the longest average we've had for a while?

It must be, I mean the closest we must have had recently is the 2002/3. We have Exeter, Torquay, Bristol Rovers, Swansea, Bournemouth and Carlisle....but we also had plenty of derbies to make up for it.

Everyone had better start getting to know each other more and go to away games together then... as with petrol prices, people aren't going to be able to afford to go.

I just realised that I made a major @#$%& up. I divided the total by 24 by mistake.....dividing it by 23 doesn't make the situation any better.

We could start a 'sticky' car share thread on here. I'd be up for sharing costs next season for any away games I go to.

I thought Luton was a lot closer than that, it should be one of the quicker ones though as it's straight down the A1.

For home games alone it will be 3,565 miles for me . and with the petrol prices im sorry to say that im really having to look at becoming an armchair supporter . something i dont want to do .
