Pre-season is taking shape

Pre-season has started to take shape with numerous games announced today, including a home friendly against Sheffield United to accompany the already arranged game against an Arsenal XI. We also get to visit some old county friends.

Sheffield United have confirmed they will be coming to Sincil Bank as part of City's 125th year anniversary celebrations. The clubs last met in 2000 when the Blades beat City 6-2 on aggregate in the first round of what was then known as the Worthington Cup.

City have also confirmed that we will travel to Boston United, Bridlington and Goole.

PRE-SEASON SO FAR

Thurs 2nd July - TuS Celle FC (Tour of Germany)

Weds July 15th - Boston United (Away - 7:30)

Sat July 18th - Bridlington (Away - 3:00)

Sun 19th July - Sleaford Town (Home - Community Day-  3:00) 

Mon 20th July - Arsenal XI (Home - 7:30)

Tues 28th July - Sheffield United (Home - 7:30)

Sat 1st Aug - Goole Town (Away - 3:00)
