One of the most potentially devastating players City have under contract maybe be about to leave them on a free just over a year after Millwall bid £500,000 for him.
Lincoln's Scott Willis is set to leave the club for 2nd Division Stockport County.
The popular scouse midfielder has been training with Stockport since Monday morning which will come as a suprise to a lot of City fans. One possible explanation could be that the rumoured hatred between assistant manager Gary Simpson and Willis.
So after just over a year ago, the Imps recieved a half a million bid from 1st Division Millwall, but now it looks as though Willis will be leaving the Imps for free.
