Lincoln's new defender, Lee Beevers has recieved a call up for the Welsh Under 21 Squad. The defender signed from Boston just under a month ago and has impressed ever since. However, he will now miss the away game at Rushden and the game at home to Scunthorpe.

Beevers has been called up for the UEFA Championship qualifiers for the Easter weekend having games in Merthyr Tydfill and Neusidell Am See.

Only 4 other players from this level of football are in the squad. Lee Worgan (Rushden), Craig Davies (Oxford), Aaron Davies (Yeovil) and David Pipe (Notts County).
