Imps sign exciting player

Lincoln City have completed the signing of former Sheffield Wednesday product, Luke Foster. Foster spent last season on loan at Scarborough and Alfreton and was highly rated from all corners, however, he only made one appearance for Sheffield Wednesday against Coventry last September.

Foster is only the third player to join the Imps so far, following on from Gary Birch and Danny Bacon. Foster is a central defender, believed to be the Paul Morgan mould. Apparantly, Foster was advised by Lincoln City legend, Grant Brown to join the Imps whilst they played at Alfreton together.

This move has been viewed as a great accusition for the Imps as Foster was tipped for big things from Sheffield Wednesday fans I have spoken to. Hopefully he'll fulfil that potential and be a great player for City.
