Former Boston man loaned in

Former Boston United striker, Richard Logan has joined the Imps on loan from local rivals, Peterborough United. The attacker, who scored against City for Boston, is one of Keith's first steps to upping the goal shy joke we call an attack and will be in the squad for tomorrow's defeat at Cheltenham.

Logan is a 23 year old striker who has a natural eye for goal and when he first signed for Boston, he was in very prolific form whilst on loan from Ipswich Town and he even scored against the Imps in the New Years Day clash in 2003 between the two clubs that finish 1-1. He soon joined Peterborough and was a regular in their first side before a loan move to Shrewsbury last season seemed to stop his career at London Road. He has played 3 games so far this season and has scored 3 goals, more than Asamoah and Green combined.

Logan will go straight into the squad that goes to Cheltenham Town tomorrow and if his loan deal is extended for a furthur month, he will be a City player when the Imps travel to Peterborough in January.
