Border Youth League Under 15s season finale

On Monday, Alfreton take on Clifton in the Cup Final at Alfreton Park. The home side will be looking to lift the cup after the disappointment of losing out to Eastwood in the League. Alfreton comfortably beat Wirksworth by 7 wickets in the semi-final, whilst Clifton overcame Denby by 17 runs.

Clifton will be in action on Tuesday night too, when they take on Eastwood in the Champion of Champions Final. Clifton easily ran out as champions of the Dales Division remaining unbeaten throughout the season. Opponents Eastwood will be no walkovers as they, too, remained unbeaten in the Amber Division. Their only defeat this season came in the Under 15s cup against Denby.

The Champion of Champions Final will be held at Marehay's excellent ground and will prove to be a fitting end to the season. Both games start at 6:15pm. Please try to pop in to one, or both, of the games if you get the chance as these lads deserve a good turn-out.
