Arsenal 29 Games Without Win

Guest pundit Gary Crisp told Arsenal Times that the Arsenal Slump continues with a draw at Palace. Meanwhile Chelsea Fans sang and danced in the King's Road to celebrate their Palace coup.
Twenty nine games you gasp - surely not? But if you include the last 3 draws in Europe, reserve games, and the celebrity eleven you will find that Gary Crisp's claim that Arsenal's "slump continues" is based on fact, not the rantings of a pathetic and embittered old Potatoes Second Eleven player.
Indeed Arsene Wenger's claim that Arsenal have only lost one game in all competitions, all season is just typical myopic nonsense. He just isn't looking at the right figures.
Chelski fans who have not seen their team top of the league since 1955 broke down and wept, and then finally took to the streets to celebrate their bloodless, but expensive Palace coup.
Meanwhile Henry's goal drought continues as he only scored one at the Palace - his pathetic tally of 10 doesn't bear comparison with the magnificent 2 of Ruud Van. However the backlash of the Gunners slump is not restricted to North London, but also to Trafford Park, where Sir Alex's team were denied 22 valid penalty claims. Sir Alex told Sky TV that referees are now penalising Man U by not allowing them any more after Wayne Rooney's dive.
In Wayne's defence he was just daydreaming of his post match visit to Slapper Heaven when he thought he heard someone say get your leg over. so he dived onto the bed. When he got up he realised he had just won a penalty. He was so embarrased, he knows that Sir Alex hates diving (hence the campaign against Pires), but he was so dumbstruck he couldn't protest.
Now that Man U have turned the corner by beating Arsenal and are only 11 points behind Chelsea the Gunners better watch out, you can never write off Man U, or Liverpool. But you can certainly write off the Arsenal. Forty-nine games unbeaten? It doesn't count for anything - its quite clear that one defeat proves its all built on sand.
