Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Thierry Henry will Captain Arsenal this season. Looks like Cygan has got it right yet again. Henry captained the first half against Barnet this afternoon.

He ran his usual mesmerising rings around defenders, and scored from a penalty. True it was only Barnet, but once Henry went off you could see the difference. Hleb had a good first half scoring Arsenal's first goal, and his first on his debut. The score, 1-4, might not have been as high as some expected but Barnet are much improved. Plus Arsene completely changed the team for second half losing rhythm

Well it seems that Henry has risen to Arsene's challenge to take on more commitment, and not joined in with Cygan's rediculous brayings.

Well we have had two great captains under Wenger, Adams and Vieira - will Henry be the third?
