LEICESTERSHIRE club Coalville have been deducted 22 league points from the start of next season and have been suspended from all County and RFU cup competitions.
The sentences were imposed on the Midlands Three East (North) club by a Leicestershire RFU disciplinary panel after incidents at a women's game between Coalville Ladies and Oxford Ladies last November.
In the most serious incident, a Coalville member fired firework rockets across the pitch before kick-off.
The member, who admitted the offence, has been suspended from all involvement in rugby for 66 weeks.
Coalville, who were under a suspended sentence because of their poor disciplinary record last season, will start next season on minus 22 points. They have the right of appeal against sentence to the Rugby Football Union.
