Coventry Rugby club new squad news season 2012/2013.

Coventry Rugby are pleased to announce the following signings for the coming season (2012/2013).

Matt Tibbatts no 8- re-signed

Brett Daynes no 7- re-signed

Sam Herrington-lock- re-signed

Lewis Barker- scrum half- re-signed

Tommy Harris- winger- re-signed

Callum MacBurnie- centre- re-signed

In addition there are three new signings for the club:-

Lee Chapman- flyhalf- from Nuneaton RFC

Liam Munro- no 7- from Ampthill and Rugby Lions

Ben Toft- winger- from Doncaster Knights and previously in France and at Coventry Rugby.

There will be further announcements of additional signings as and when are available.

9 good names, more to follow I hope.

We need to build momentum to get out of this division and if we can afford it, a squad big enough and good enough to cope with injuries.

Loanees for me should be few and for emergencies only.

NOTE my "if we can afford it" statement, before you reply............

Chairman promised an increased budget for this year, hope he keeps his promise.
