Whitehead and Murphy on way out

Sunderland have given permission to club captain Dean Whitehead and Daryl Murphy to speak to Ipswich after accepting a £5million offer for the pair. The move would see the two players link back up with former boss Roy Keane.
"I have been linked with about 70 players since I took the job", said Keane.
“They are two players who did very well for me at Sunderland.
Whitehead has also been linked with moves to both Stoke and Hull.

Personally, I'd keep Whitehead as he can still do a job for us - Murphy's time has been up for a while.

Would be a good move are both players and clubs in my eyes, Murphy is a Championship level player and Whitehead isn't much to shout about
