JOYCE IN PROVISIONAL ACADEMY SQUAD

Ed Joyce has been named in the provisional squad of 20 to go to the England Cricket Academy in Australia this winter. If Joyce goes, he will follow Owais Shah and Andrew Strauss who were given places last year. The Irishman has been in fine form this year, hitting 2 centuries, including a career best 129 against Glamorgan when he shared in a stand of 320 with Abdur Razzaq.
