Broad to Return

England fast bowler Stuart Broad is set to return to action for his county Nottinghamshire, ahead of the busy 2012 summer schedule in the international arena for his country.

Broad was forced home early from the drawn series in Sri Lanka, when he suffered a calf strain in the opening test defeat in Galle.

Now, Nottinghamshire are due to reap the benefits of his comeback trail, as he makes himself available for three county championship matches, ahead of the opening test match with the West Indies on 17th May, to be played at Lord's.

Broad will be hoping to stay injury free for the three match series, as the second test is due to be played at his home ground, Trent Bridge, starting on May 25th.

He is also due to return to the ground on Sunday June 24th, as T20 captain, when the two sides go head to head in the shortest form of the game.
