Trent Bridge has been awarded the opening 2013 Ashes Test, in what will be a very busy summer for the England Cricket Team.....

It will be a very busy summer and one that will test the depth of the England squad. Even after the summer has finished, it will be off down under to defend the Ashes, as the series goes back to back for the first time.

New Zealand will no doubt be pleased to take in our 'early summer' when they arrive at the start of May, when they will play two warm up games, against Derbyshire and the England Lions.

But, it is all eyes on later in the summer, when the Australian's arrive in the UK, with Trent Bridge being awarded the first test rights on Wednesday 10th July.
